FrzMyEggs Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the collection, use and disclosure of information in relation to your (the “User”) use of FrzMyEggs (the “App”). CReATe Fertility Centre (“CReATe”) respects the privacy of all Users. The Privacy Policy is meant to be a supplement to the Terms of Use, and the CReATe Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use, and the CReATe Privacy Policy are expressly incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy may be changed at any time without notice. By downloading, installing or using the app, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information we collect about you according to this privacy policy.
Personal Health Information Is Not Stored
Personal Health Information includes but is not limited to, information relating to physical or mental health of the User, medical history, use of health care services, eligibility of health care coverage, and may include information which may identify the User. The App uses User input data to calculate egg freezing suitability based on aggregated egg freezing research data published in academic journals for the sole purpose of education. No Personal Health Information or User input data will be captured, stored, further interpreted, analyzed or disclosed in any way by CReATe or its affiliates.
Usage Information May Be Tracked
To improve the App, aggregated, non-identifying data on the coverage, performance and usage of the App may be tracked and analyzed by a built-in software. Examples of information which may be tracked include, but are not limited to:
- Number of downloads;
- Number of active users;
- Frequency of usage;
- Length of usage session;
- Length of load time;
- Frequency of videos being watched;
- Frequency of the App being shared; and,
- Geographical information of users.
Third-Party Sharing Is at User’s Risk
You may enjoy sharing information generated by the App with others through the App’s link to external resources, in public forums or on social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Instagram. When you share such information, it is made public and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. CReATe and its affiliates are not responsible for any third party’s use of information you publicly display or disclose.
